So continue to the previous post!? Hahaahaa.....As we arrived at the hotel in the early morning at 7a.m. we were kinda lost who to find and also kinda hungry as well after the long flight and the food wasnt that great as usual for inflight food service. Anyhow we went to the reception which is also the front desk, immediately they greeted us with a warm welcome and stated are you both Low & Choong by our surnames. Now thats what I call efficiency and compare to the person in charge of picking us up was a total different matter in all!! Hahahaaha...Moreover, he asked whether we had breakfast already we said no and we were brought to the coffee house for some breakfast. Well we slowly enjoyed our breakfast having some pork dishes which seldom edible in Malaysia which was splendid and as well as some coffee and tea. On the other hand, we were also given a hotel room to rest at after the breakfast which was quite shabby of them to do so while having us to wait for the head chef from the hotel to meet us in the afternoon at the same time. It was a nice room and I have taken a pic or two of it. It has a flat screen tv from samsung and the bed was well comfortable and soft.
As for me I quickly went to take a hot bath and took a nice nap right after it! I set my alarm clock till 11 to wake up as the front desk people told us to get ready by 12 as the head chef will meet us by then. After waking up i scroll through the tv and found they have KBS World channel and out comes my favourite program MUSIC BANK and Girl Generations were on it which I was happy to be watching them sing their famous single 'GEE'. And to those who are new to the K-Pop please go download and listen to it or watch it on youtube as I have been addicted to it ever since I heard it.
Back to business right after the program we received a call to the room and were told to meet the head chef and at the same time to pack our things as we are leaving our supposedly given apartment. And yet I thought I get to stay at the flashy hotel room for a night for free we ended up have to move! =( As we headed back to the lobby, we sat down and used the computer there for some info and here comes a tall, long figured middle-aged man with specs walking towards us and greeted us with our names. At the sametime, he brings us a tour around the kitchen to see where, what and how things work. Right after that, he then drove the hotel van to pick us up with our brand new bicycles and daily usage stuff in it, and off to our apartment.
Along the way we were suppose to remember the directions of the road and traffic signs as it is left hand drive here and the physics on the road is slightly different. So about 20 minutes of drive we reach a junction where there is an Audi showroom right on our left handside we turn in straight and up to a long up hill road and gosh I immediately know if we cycle that part will be a tiring one to go up to.
Consequently after a left turn, we reach a few blocks of aparment and we were anticipating how the interior of the apartment looks like. When we first went in there it was like total havoc as previously it was home for the old batch of people who came for training at Germany. And there were like big boxes of cigarettes on the table. The place was just a complete mess!! OFMG. Then the head chef said what he gotta say he left us with the hotel provided bed sheet, quilt, pillows, detergent, towels and keys to the house as well as the locks for the bicycle.
In a nuts shell, we immediately started cleaning the house inside out which took us almost 3 hours or more I couldnt recall of and after that we were damn hungry and immediately packed properly the luggage and off we go to the supermarket nearby the Audi station we first saw to TRY to find something to eat and yeah we have to cycle there which is one thing i never did in a long long time since form 2!!
Its sleeping time for me and yes there will be a part 3 on some other details on my first week in Bad Soden, Frankfurt!! Sorry if the whole article is abit long just felt the urge to share everything I've been through the first week!! However, the line keeps frustrating me therefore I have to seperate the post! Auf Wiedersehen =)
Wow I cant believe I am already flying as soon as tomorrow if you count today as tomorrow?? Hahahahha (Already in half sleep mode). Anyway I finally I got my Visa and working permit for Germany today or should I say yesterday since its past 12a.m. already?! (What the hell am I talking about?!) Lol.... Anyhow today Feb 19 I went to KDU College once again for the last time to get my Visa and Passport back from the person in charge of our training at Germany. Final details have clearly been told and if all well ends well, everyone will be starting work quite soon in Germany as soon as they arrive. Well 6 of em would be flying off tonight to Berlin first, next would be me and my companion KC on sunday to Frankfurt which currently the highest degrees celcious is just 2, finally would be the other 4 which will be heading to Stuttgart on Monday.
So right after picking up my documents and stuff I head to uptown and join my brother and mom for lunch at a lam mee shop? Sorry for not taking any pics on it as we were was rushing off. Next stop we went down to KL for facial! Hahahah yes my dear friends I go facial as well. As for where, its a secret!! Lol...So three of us happily go for facial until 7.00, the process usually makes me into a deep relaxation sleep. Which is also why mostly of the pics you can see my infrared DOTS around my face after the beautician did the acne extraction from moi face! Oh well no pain no gain right?? Hahhaha...After that we went chillax at DOME for awhile before meeting moi pals (Hui Jing, Shi Wei & Robinho) for dinner at cineleisure Senjyu Japanese restaurant.
In the end, I was slightly late due to the traffic jam at KL. Fyi, Senjyu is actually under the same ownership as Sakae sushi but with slightly higher quality food served.
Consequently when I am there all of em have arrived already, which I was slightly Pai Seh! (Hope you guys enjoyed the food there as I chose the place.) Therefore, we quickly start ordering and start taking plates of sushi off the conveyer belt because we were utterly hungry already. However, it was my first time eating at Senjyu but was quite mesmerized by their foie gras with oysters fried maki since the last time i saw their menu. And finally today I decided to give it a try. To tell the truth it wasnt too shabby after all, I would recommend to those people who loves foie gras. And to those who doesnt know what foie gras is? Its actually goose liver but it will definitely be the best liver you ever tasted which just melts in your mouth and also known as one of the most expensive ingredient in the world! Besides that, Jing also ordered a Salmon Fish Head set but due to hungriness we just ate as it arrived and forgotten to take pics for it which goes same for some other dishes as well. Lolz. Sorry for that!
To cut things short, right after dinner we went roaming around curve to get some pictures taken. At the same time we all decided to go the bridge to capture some funny moments. After about a few snaps we decided to head back to my place for STREET FIGHTER 4 on my PS3. Hahhaha funny aint it and actually Hui Jing could really play the game and beat some of our guys asses!! Lol... We were quite addicted to it as we take turns to kick some ass and sorting out the buttons to use the Super and Ultra moves in the game, OF course I was the better one with continuous wins of 7 games!! Muaahaahaa =P
After almost an hour or so of gaming we head off for a third session which is yum cha at Kayu Kota Damansara, one of my fav chillin spot. As usual we doodle around with the camera before the drinks and food arrives!! Lolz....After chillin for sometime we had to send the princess home as the father was calling for her already. So for being gentlemen we all sent her home safely. And thats about it for the day I guess. Moreover I gotta really thank my besties for coming out tonight and have a final dinner with me. THANKS A LOT HUI JING, SHI WEI & ROBINHO. Hope you had as much laughs as I did and that will definitely be one of the things that I will be missing for the next 6 months!! And maybe just maybe tomorrow we have a Karaoke session at RedBox!! Hahhaah......Everything seems to be more happening before the last few days which I am going to be flying off pretty soon!! Deutschland da ich komme!!
Daaaaaammmmmnnnnn its 6a.m. already? Peace out or more like knockout! Lolz. =D
