Of course there will be pictures to share with you guys. Get ready to whet your appetite folks. It was seriously an entralling event where we were scattered around doing loads of stuff from cutting to plating to all sorts of things you can think of when you are working in the kitchen. By the time we finished it was already 11.30pm or so.
Well since I started at 12 so means almost 11hours or so of work. On the other hand, have to greatly applaud to moi bro KC as he work for almost 20 hours as he started at 5a.m. in the morning and stayed back for the event till the end. So you do the math. Anyhow after all the hard work and cleaning up for the event, all of us chefs went to the NEW YORK BAR at the hotel lobby for a drink and even the 3star chef as well as his sous chef and helper was along as well. All of us were savouring the good moments of the day and drinking up some cool beers down the throat. Oh well less talk and more pictures once again! ENJOY! TSCHUS....8($_$)8
P.S: Latest update broke once again but will resume to normal as paycheck will be next week! And I will be shifted to morning shift soon which is 5a.m in the morning!! AHHHH....Besides that, I will be getting a German number soon for the ease of communication!! Danke!

So next up is the event! One of 2 starters and a total of a 4 course meal. Forgot to take the first starter. This is a coconut milk risotto served with green asparagus alongside with pan seared prawns and scallop.
Now the main course which is the most expensive of all 4. Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with a Black TRUFFLE crust served with Morrel Mushroom and Broccoli.
At last which is the dessert: 2 tiers of lemon scented vanilla ice-cream on a brandy snap with strawberries and chocolate dipped strawberry. ME & KC were the only 2 cutting all of those small cubes of strawberry for 160 pax of people. MY GOODNESS!! XD

The crazy rock on guy next to me is Hohl aka FLO which is the most friendly and the most cool guy in the kitchen!! =)
On the left is Benni who is sort of a new applicant at this hotel and on the right is Kevin who is also same age as me and also doing is his practical training there as well and he is from Berlin, even has a tatoo on his calf that says Berlin.
The fat guy on the left is Mr.Heuer who always thinks that I am sleeping. Real weird guy but funny at times!! =D
And the one far right behind is Danowski who is under the same job as Heuer which is the Garde Manger cold kitchen.

Oh ya if you see properly or so I have re-dye my hair once again and this time to dark brown. Well the blondish front part was abit off as my hair grows so I re-dye it!! Pretty alright right?! And yeah my hair is getting longer by day!! Cheers. =D
